Ground Handler Application

All ground handlers must obtain a Grant of Approval, prior to commencing operations at Dublin Airport.  All potential ground handling companies are required to contact the Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) who are the body responsible for issuing Grant of Approvals.

Requirements Form

Under the approval from CAR, ground handlers must also satisfy the requirements of the Airport Manager, therefore a Ground Handling Requirements Form must be completed in full – please see copy below.
